Do you only work with clients in Senegal?
No. 3Vision Group is based in Dakar and works with organizations in Senegal, Francophone Africa and internationally.
How does a project start?
We first clarify the objective, users, constraints, priorities and expected outcomes. Then we define the scope, design the system, build, test and launch.
Can you take over an existing website or application?
Yes. We can audit an existing product, understand its current stack and risks, then propose a controlled improvement or takeover plan.

Do you use generic themes for every website?
No. The approach depends on the project. We prioritize maintainable implementations and avoid forcing complex requirements into unsuitable generic templates.
Do you build mobile applications?
Yes. Depending on the need and budget, we can deliver PWAs, web applications, mobile wrappers or native-oriented architectures when justified.
Can you build a custom CRM or back-office?
Yes. We build dashboards, role-based spaces, reporting tools, operational workflows and custom business interfaces.
SEO & visibility
Is SEO included from the start?
For projects where search visibility matters, technical SEO, semantics, performance, structured data and internal linking are considered early in the architecture.
Do you work on AI-search visibility too?
Yes. We structure content and data so that websites are understandable by traditional search engines as well as answer engines and AI systems, without replacing sound SEO fundamentals.
AI & automation
Can AI be integrated into an existing website or application?
Yes. We can add assistants, qualification flows, CRM actions, WhatsApp workflows or document-based retrieval with clear permissions, limits and logs.
Will AI replace my team?
That is not our default objective. We usually automate repetitive tasks, speed up information retrieval and support decision-making while keeping human control where it matters.
Do I need a CRM before automating?
No. A project can start with forms, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets or WordPress, then become more structured over time.
Hosting, maintenance & security
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. We offer managed hosting options, domain reservation, backups, SSL, CDN and technical support depending on the selected plan.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes, after a technical audit. We first review the theme, plugins, hosting, security and current risks before taking responsibility for maintenance.
What can maintenance include?
Updates, backups, monitoring, security hardening, performance work, fixes, small improvements and technical support depending on the agreement.
