Is there a commitment period?
The monthly plan has no long-term commitment. Quarterly and yearly plans are paid upfront at a discount.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We import your existing files, from spreadsheets or previous software, during setup.
Can payments be automatic?
By bank card, yes. For mobile money, a payment request is sent at each due date, depending on the selected payment provider's capabilities.
Why is the licence so expensive?
It includes a dedicated installation and represents several years of subscription fees. For most organisations, a subscription offers much better value.
